About Bear Ridge RV Mobile Technician

Hi, I’m Ignacio “Nacho” Sauceda, Owner and Operator of Bear Ridge RV Mobile Technician, LLC.

My wife, Michelle, and I started Bear Ridge RV as a family-owned mobile RV repair company built around something we both understand firsthand: the RV lifestyle. Our family has a long history with RVing, and our experience as RV owners, including spending time living the full-time RV lifestyle, gave me a firsthand understanding of how important it is to have a reliable RV when it is your home, your vacation vehicle, or your way of exploring the country.

Like many RV owners, I also experienced the frustration of dealing with dealership service departments' long wait times, difficult scheduling, and the challenge of getting an RV in and out of a repair facility. Those experiences played a major role in my determination to learn how RV systems work and to diagnose and repair them properly.

Today, I work as a professional RV technician, providing mobile service directly to RV owners throughout the North Houston area. Instead of bringing your RV to a shop, I bring the service to you. Whether your RV is at home, in storage, at an RV park, or at a campground, I can come directly to your location to diagnose and repair many common RV systems.

Over the years, I have invested heavily in technical training and continuing education to expand my knowledge of modern RV systems. My training includes specialized education through the National RV Training Academy (NRVTA) and Lippert Technical Institute, along with manufacturer-specific training.

I am RVTAA Certified and have received training in areas including:

• RV Air Conditioning & Heat Pumps
• Water Heaters & Furnaces
• Absorption Refrigeration
• RV Exterior Systems
• Schwintek Slide-Out Systems
• Ground Control 3.0
• Level Up Hydraulic Leveling
• Furrion A/C Systems
• Girard Water Heaters
• Solera Awnings
• SlimRack Systems

I am also a Truma Certified Service Partner, with training on Truma systems including AquaGo, Combi, Aventa, and VarioHeat.

In addition to working in the field, I have also had the opportunity to assist with RV technician education and mentoring. Teaching and helping other technicians has strengthened my own understanding of RV systems and reinforced the importance of proper diagnosis rather than simply replacing parts.

While Bear Ridge RV can help with many RV repair needs, I have developed particular expertise in RV comfort and sanitation systems.

My primary specialties include:

RV A/C • RV Water Heaters • RV Furnaces • RV Plumbing • RV Electrical • RV Holding Tank Cleaning & Sanitation

I especially enjoy troubleshooting problems that are difficult to diagnose. My goal isn't just to find a failed part—it is to understand why the system failed, explain the problem to the customer, and provide the right repair.

Bear Ridge RV is more than just a repair business. It is a family-owned company. Michelle handles scheduling, bookkeeping, and many of the behind-the-scenes responsibilities that keep the business running, while I spend my days in the field working directly with RV owners.

We know that your RV is more than a vehicle. For some, it is a weekend getaway. For others, it is their home, their way of traveling, or a place where they make some of life's best memories.

That is why I approach every service call with the same goal: provide honest answers, accurate diagnosis, quality workmanship, and professional service.

Thank you for considering Bear Ridge RV Mobile Technician, LLC for your RV repair needs. I look forward to meeting you, getting to know your RV, and helping keep you on the road.
